A Cultural Facility That’s Perfect for Your Event

The Shenandoah Arts Council building is a unique facility full of visual art. It contains three art galleries: the Kalbian-Harris Room is our front membership gallery, the invitational gallery for solo exhibits, and the David Holiday Room, which is our main gallery  featuring a variety of installed exhibitions…an arts and cultural venue with limitless potential for your event!

Located just eight short blocks south of the downtown Pedestrian Mall in Winchester, the Shenandoah Arts Council is located at 811 S. Loudoun Street, Winchester. Parking is available on Loudoun and Pall Mall Streets; after hours our business neighbors allow our guests parking in their lots.
